Women of faith and vision ... building tomorrow TODAY! |
|
We believe that our Catholic faith challenges us to recognize that our life’s journey is guided by our spiritual growth. |
From our Belief Statements: |
|
Putting it into practice:
· All students at Fontbonne Hall Academy participate in a retreat each year. Seniors go on a three day retreat at the beginning of their last year.
· All students must contribute at least 15 hours of volunteer service each year at approved sites.
· Students on the Religious Activities Committee work with faculty members and the Campus Minister to plan liturgies and special days of prayer.
· Members of the World Language Department celebrate liturgy in Spanish each year with Bishop Rene Valero on the Fontbonne campus.
· Clubs such as Lifestream and Friends for Life put the gospel values to work as they raise funds for those in need, support the unborn and in the spirit of the early Sisters of St. Joseph, their members seek out the needs of the city and work to meet them. |
