Tuition Assistance

Please Note: Our Vendor for Financial Aid is FACTS MANAGEMENT

For All Students:

You must re-apply for financial aid every school year.  Please visit this website for the application period and deadlines https://factsmgt.com/parent-resources/grant-and-aid/.

You will only need one FACTS Management login (for both tuition and financial aid).  If you have a FACTS Management login from your current/prior school or for Fontbonne you may use it to apply for aid and will not need to create a new login.  Feel free to contact the FACTS Management Parent line at 1-866-441-4637 for assistance with your application.

Parents/guardians who are NOT applying jointly (on one application) MUST apply individually for financial aid. The determination will be calculated based on the combined incomes, regardless of marital status.

For Prospective Students:

Parents/guardians must complete an online application to be considered for need-based tuition assistance. The online application for the 2019-20 school year will be available November 1, 2018. You may use your 2017 tax return. The school may request your 2018 tax return at a later date. Financial aid applications for prospective students must be filed and complete (with supporting documentation) by December 1, 2018.  Parents/guardians will be notified of a financial aid determination along with the acceptance letter and scholarship information, if applicable, during the week of January 14, 2019.

For Currently Enrolled Students:

Parents/guardians can complete an online application for tuition assistance. Our financial aid filing period for the coming school year (2019-20) begins on December 15, 2018. The application must be filed and complete (with supporting documentation) by February 15, 2019.  Financial aid determinations will be made and parents will be notified via mail/e-mail by March 5, 2019.

Scholarships

Incoming 9th grade students who wish to be considered for a merit-based scholarship must submit require admissions material and take the FHA Scholarship Exam on Sunday, November 18th from 10am-12pm. Scholarship priority is given to those students who put FHA as their first choice. Merit-based scholarships are awarded based not only on the scholarship exam but also TACHS score, overall application, middle school transcript and letters of recommendations.
