Carla Menezes, MPH, CHES, Fontbonne Class of 2012 works with Lupus Research Alliance, as a public health professional with a strong focus on patient engagement. She has worked in several non-profit organizations since graduating from Fontbonne Hall. She uses her creativity and team-building skills to provide accessible services within the public health domain, whether those are designing workshops for parents and families, conducting surveys in resource-limited areas, or consulting with patients on their future health options. She currently works as Project Manager at Lupus Research Alliance, where she manages initiatives to amplify patient voices in the clinical trial space to hopefully find a cure for lupus.
